Chelmsford City Council's NICE team have organised the second river clean up of the year on Saturday 1 October.
The meeting point for this litter pick is in Wharf Road Car Park which is located next to the Essex Records Office at 9am. A free parking voucher will be provided to everyone involved.
We will be litter picking along the River Chelmer through the City Centre up to the Riverside Retail Park. Free refreshments will be provided mid-morning, and the event will finish at 1pm.
